Why was Fleekminds founded?
We started Fleekminds in 2022 after [the real problem or moment that inspired us to start]. We wanted to [the specific change we set out to make for our clients].
Our turning point came when [a real early challenge or milestone]. We learned [the lesson it taught us] and changed [how we worked], so that [the concrete improvement for our team or clients].
Today, we’re headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We find and vet engineers, introduce the people who match each client’s brief, and help them work inside the client’s existing team. We stand for clear responsibilities, direct communication and the client’s control over the work, from the first introduction to the final handover.
